Stakeholder Brief
In this stakeholder brief, we aim to establish a clear understanding of the purpose and goals of the Bike Aja app, define the target audience (bikers), and outline the desired user experience. This is a critical first step in ensuring that the app's design aligns with our objectives.
Purpose of the App
Bike Aja is envisioned as a dedicated social media platform for bikers. The primary purpose of the app is to create a vibrant online community where bikers can connect, share their biking experiences, discover biking events, and engage in discussions related to their passion for biking.
Project Goals
The goals for Bike Aja include acquiring a substantial user base within the biking community, fostering active and engaged participation in the platform, and becoming a go-to hub for all things related to biking, from networking to event management.

For Bike Aja, we conducted a thorough competitor analysis, examining the user interfaces, features, and functionalities of three key competitors: Strava, Facebook, and Instagram.

Based on the insights gathered from competitor analysis, we organized a brainstorming session with the stakeholders to identify which unique features Bike Aja could implement. These features should enhance the user experience, differentiate the app from competitors, and align with the goals of Bike Aja. Some potential features might include:
